April Fools


One of my favorite days of the year.

And with CrossFit you could easily play some good practical joke workouts;-) like 1000 squats for time, 10,000 jump ropes for time, you get the idea.

This not an April fools workout:


5 Rounds (max rounds in 3 minutes with a 1 minute rest in between)
3 Power Cleans
6 Pushups
9 Squats
