Athlete of the Week
Congratulations to Andy Carlson!
Andy’s previous career was that of a very successful high school football coach. He knows what it takes to succeed on the football field and he brings the heat everytime he steps in the gym.
Andy’s results speak for themselves. He puts in 3x a week;
-Started with double bands on Pullups, now complete entire workouts with no bands for Pullups
-Down about 20lbs
-Strength has improved
-Cardio has improved where he pushes each workout until the very end.
