We will have regualar scheduled 830a and 930a classes. After that we are moving to:

    damn, those are some cute future crossfiters – watch out “big boys” of CFSF, these little men are soon to blow through what you’ve posted on the white board!!

    congrats CFSF on the BIG move – I can’t wait to workout in the new HUGE facility!!!
