Simple but not easy
(Megan has worked hard for the muscle:-) Great Job!)
Becoming fit and healthy is a “simple but not easy”. Eat healthy and exercise constantly. Sounds simple enough. But how many people in the U.S. are not only overweight but OBESE!? More and more adults and children are becoming obese every single year (check out this link). Why is it that 50 years ago obesity wasn’t even thought of and today it is a disease? Pretty crazy when you think about it. I believe your health comes down to your lifestyle and your habits. If you are unhappy with your health and fitness, take a look at what you do daily. If it is not moving you forward in the right direction.
Then it is time for a change.
The journey is not going to be comfortable and may not happen right away, but it is more than worth it. Think about what you can experience about life if you had no physical limitations?
Here is a great quote:
“Patience and perseverance have a magical affect before which difficulties disappear and obstacles vanish.”
John Quincy Adams

I feel this is so true. A person has to have a goal or something motivating them to want to change. I know for myself I don’t work on change until I’m tired of where I’m at or the results I’m getting. Crossfit is all about results. From your body changing to the white boards keeping track of those results.
