CrossFitting on your own
For those of you that have gone at CrossFit alone you know how hard it can be at times to stay motivated. The mental aspect of knowing you have a workout in front of you that’s going to push you to your limits can honestly be a little intimidating. Being able to push yourself to new heights on your own is a very rewarding experience. Doing it with others, I’m finding out adds a whole new aspect to it. I did a workout from CrossFit Hardcore today.
5 rounds of
15 pullups
15 overhead squats 95#
15 burpees
time was 20:17. This was another great workout. The burpees always kick my butt

I couldn’t agree with you more about the motivational help a workout partner gives. It is much easier to quit or not go as hard as you could when you’re by yourself.
