you played an eminem cd a couple weeks ago that totally got me going!!! LOVED that one!
otherwise anything rap or hip/hop with a great fast beat.

I lied… there is one metal song you can’t get rid of: Let the Bodies Hit the Floor. That’s the best song to do the thousands of squats that we have to do!!
