If you want to let him know how you are doing his email is kenny@kennykane.com

Health Alternatives

When people think of going on a diet they think of all the WONDERFUL things they have to “GIVE UP”

This is not true. Instead of what you can not eat think of what you can eat.

Here is one rule I live by:
“Every great food has a healthly alternative”

Today’s example is “Gluten”

Who loves bread, pasta, rolls, pancakes? I know most of us do.

Check out this site: http://www.glutenfreecookingschool.com

Also, Annie makes awesome gluten free cookies. So if you are ever interested let us know.

Did you know that honey can be used without any side effects for any kind of diseases.

Today’s science says that even though honey is sweet, if taken in the right dosage as a medicine, it does not harm diabetic patients. Weekly World News, a magazine in Canada , in its issue dated 17 January,1995 has given the following list of diseases that can be cured by honey and cinnamon as researched by western scientists:

-HEART DISEASES
-ARTHRITIS
-BLADDER INFECTIONS
-ARTHRITIS
-BLADDER INFECTIONS
-CHOLESTEROL

-UPSET STOMACH
-GAS
-IMMUNE SYSTEM
-INDIGESTION
-INFLUENZA
-LONGEVITY
-PIMPLES
-SKIN INFECTIONS
-WEIGHT LOSS
-CANCER
